HOW TO ORDER

1. SELECT PRODUCTS: Mix styles, colors and garments
2. SELECT DECORATION STYLE: Embroidery, Sequin Embroidery, Rhinestones, etc
3. LOGO PREPARATION: Send your logo via e-mail or fax
4. SUBMIT ORDER: Online, via e-mail, fax or phone
5. LOGO PROOF APPROVAL: Proof will be sent in 2-3 days for your signature
6. PAYMENT: Upon approval your Credit Card will be charged and production begins
7. PRODUCTION TIME: Your customized order ship in 7-12 working days*
8. ORDER SHIPS: Choice of shipping methods. Unless noted, orders will be shipped UPS Ground with an average arrival date of 3-5 days. If a specific in-hands date is required, please note on your order to assure timely delivery.

ACCURATE SIZE CHARTS

For the best fit, measure the fullest part of the bust and buy according to the chart. If you midriff area is larger in proportion to your bust, you may want to buy up a size just as you would at retail. If you are smaller in proportion to your bust, you may buy a size smaller; however, the shirt will be snug across the bust.

TRUE RETAIL LADIES' SIZES--THE CORPORATE DIVA COLLECTION

Because our Corporate Diva line is sized the same as better retail garments: Missy XS-XL and Women's 1X-5X, please be sure that you are clear as to whether or not your female customer needs Missy size XL or a Women's size 1X or 2X, etc. XXL is a men's size. Please make sure that you are sized correctly--most women will need a size smaller than usual, as the cut on these products is quite generous.

The Corporate Diva line is made with Quattro fabric (named for its four features: soft, silky, stretchy and scientific). This great fabric is 60% pima cotton, 34% microfiber and 6% poly lyrca which not only allows for stretch and ease of movement while you work. It features Dri-Balance (tm) technology, to keep you cool and dry during your busy day. By choosing this product, you are choosing quality, fashion and comfort that will make your team and your brand look it's absolute best!

We pride ourselves on both our products and service and your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. If we make a mistake, we will resolve it to your satisfaction immediately.

RETURN POLICY

• Products with logo treatment are not returnable.
• Blank goods may be returned where noted. A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns.
• Garments from the Corporate Diva and Diva Plus Collections ARE NOT RETURNABLE, so please make selections carefully.

CANCELLATIONS

• We will send you a proof of your design before production. If you are not happy with the logo sample you receive in your email, we will be more than happy to fix it until you are satisfied. Once the sample is sent to you, you will be charged for the design.
• Once this sample is approved, we will proceed with production and from this point your order cannot be cancelled or returned unless we made a mistake, say wrong product or logo colors.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

• If there is a defect on the product, please call customer service and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange or refund on the defective pieces. Note that no return will be accepted unless there is a Return Authorization issued by our customer service department.
• Claims must be reported within 15 days of receipts of goods.
• Please check your merchandise upon receipt. Only defective goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandize once a Return Authorization is issued.
